Beaded face-frames are a great way for you to add detail, richness, and value to your cabinetry and furniture. Kreg Tool has designed a tool that will help you build beaded face-frames faster, easier, and for a lot less money than ever before. Simple design results in more accurate cuts and a better finished look Engineered for production shop use, it works seamlessly with the Kreg Precision Router Table and is easily installed on almost any full-sized router tables. Specialized router bits have been designed specifically for the Precision Beaded Face Frame System. These specialized router bits are manufactured with 1/2" shanks and high grade carbide tips for durability. Each beaded profile requires a beading bit and a notching bit to complete the shaping and notching of the beaded face frame joint. Notching bits are available in 1-1/2 and 2 sizes to allow one pass operations in 1-1/2 and 2 wide rails and stiles. The complete system includes: heavy-duty aluminum fence with integrated tape measure zero-clearance, ball-bearing sliding base, integrated clamp and precision router table stop, 1/4 precision router table set-up bar and 1/2 dowel pin, 1/4 x 1-1/2 face frame notching bit, 1/4 standard face frame beading bit, and instructional DVD. see details
